Digital Download Policy

After your payment is verified by Razorpay and confirmed by our server, your purchased eBook is immediately made available in your personal library at My Library. The fulfilment process works as follows:

• Payment is processed by Razorpay and a webhook notification is sent to our server.
• Our server cryptographically verifies the webhook signature before processing.
• A download entitlement is created and linked to your account.
• You receive an order confirmation email.
• The eBook appears in your library, ready to download.

If your eBook does not appear within 15 minutes of payment, please contact us with your order number.

All eBooks are delivered as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. PDFs are universally compatible and can be read on virtually any device using free software:

• Windows/Mac: Adobe Acrobat Reader, browser-based PDF viewer.
• iOS: Apple Books, Adobe Acrobat, Files app.
• Android: Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, any PDF reader app.
• Any device: Google Drive, Dropbox, or any modern web browser.

We do not offer alternative file formats (EPUB, MOBI, etc.) at this time. Please ensure you can open PDF files before purchasing. Inability to open a PDF is not grounds for a refund.

Your purchased eBooks remain accessible in your library for as long as your account is active and in good standing. Key access terms:

• There is no expiry on your access to purchased titles while your account remains active.
• You may re-download your purchases at any time from My Library.
• Access may be revoked if your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Access will be revoked if a refund is issued for a specific title.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform with reasonable notice. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure you can download your purchased files before discontinuation.

All download links are generated securely on the server and are protected by multiple layers of security:

• Authentication required: You must be signed in to your account to generate a download link.
• Entitlement verification: The server verifies your purchase entitlement before generating any link.
• Short-lived signed URLs: Download links are time-limited signed URLs (valid for 1 hour) generated by Firebase Storage. They cannot be reused after expiry.
• Account-bound: Links are tied to your verified account and cannot be used by others.
• Logged: Every download request is logged with timestamp and account information for security auditing.
• Private storage: PDF files are stored in private Firebase Storage buckets with no public access rules. Files are never directly accessible via a public URL.

Downloaded eBooks are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Share, upload, or distribute the downloaded file to any other person or platform.
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the file.
• Use the content for commercial purposes.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or metadata embedded in the file.
• Use the content to train AI or machine learning models.

Violation of this licence constitutes copyright infringement and may result in account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

While we make every effort to ensure reliable download access, we are not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the download service due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.
• Loss of downloaded files from your personal device — we strongly recommend keeping a backup copy.
• Compatibility issues with your specific device, operating system, or PDF reader software.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end that prevent downloading.
• Data loss on your device after a successful download.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, files, or content that occurs on your personal device after a successful download. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your purchased files.

If you experience any issues downloading your eBook — including missing files, corrupted downloads, or access errors — please contact us via the Contact page with your order number (format: ARB-...) and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 1–3 business days.
